Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na základní atributy řízení lidských zdrojů. Nejprve uvádím teoretické body, které jsou stejné pro jakoukoli společnost včetně pojišťovny. Na Českém pojistném trhu nabízí pojišťovací služby 53 pojišťoven, ať již se jedná o pojišťovny nebo pobočky zahraničních pojišťoven v ČR.
