Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu zastřeného agenturního zaměstnávání. Popisuje jeho charakteristické rysy a projevy v praxi. Práce se dále zabývá aktuální situací na trhu práce a kontrolní činností příslušných orgánů. V neposlední řadě hodnotí stávající právní úpravy a přináší návrhy možných změn.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of disguised agency employment. It describes its characteristics and manifestations in practice. The work also focuses on the current situation on the labor market and inspection activities of the relevant authorities. Last but not least, it evaluates the existing legislation and makes proposals for possible changes.
