Abstract:

Název této bakalářské práce je Analýza manažerských dovedností ve vybraném podniku. Cílem je zjistit, jakým manažerským dovednostem je v podniku přisuzován největší význam. Následně pak bude provedena analýza jednotlivých manažerských stupňů. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, tedy z teoretické části a z části praktické. V teoretické části se budu zaměřovat na základní problematiku daného tématu. Dopomůžou mi k tomu odborné literatury, časopisecké studie a internetové stránky. Aplikační část je zaměřena na analýzu dovedností manažerů na všech třech stupních vedení. Budou zde využity metody typu řízených rozhovorů se všemi třemi manažery, dotazníkové šetření a pozorování s průzkumem interních materiálů. V závěru práce se vyhodnotí všechny zjištěné informace v diskuzi výsledků a následně se určí případné návrhy nebo opatření, které by mohli zlepšit dosavadní situaci.

Abstract:

Title of this bachelor thesis is Analysis of manager abilities in a selected company. The aim is to find out to which managers abilities is attached importance the most. It is going to be done an analysis of particular manager grades afterwards. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical one and practic one. I will be concentrating on basic issues of the main topic in the theoretical part. Technical bibliography, magazine studies and websites will be helpful while reaching this aim. The practic part is focused on analysis of manager abilities on all three grades of leading. I will be using methods of controlled interviews with all three managers, question blank administration and observation including survey of internal materials. All of the ascertained information will be evaluated in the discussion of results in the conclusion of the whole thesis and some concepts or strokes which could improve present situation will be established consequently.
