Cílem této diplomové práce je nastínit pohled na právo jako na specifický druh literatury. První polovina se zaměřuje na srovnání práva a literatury jakožto dvou kulturních jevů, které spojuje specifický způsob komunikace – jazyk, a dále vymezuje jejich společné znaky a odlišnosti. The aim of this thesis is an outline of view of the law as a specific kind of literature. First half focuses on comparison law and literature as two culture phenomenons which are connected by specific way of communication – a language, and hereafter defines their common signs and differences.
