Wage System and Its Practical Use in the Selected Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mzdovým systémem a jeho praktickým využitím ve vybrané firmě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována druhům mezd a problematice výpočtu se zdaněním mezd, dále sociálnímu a zdravotnímu pojištění. V praktické části je popsán mzdový systém sledovaného podniku s cílem jeho zhodnocení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the wage system and its practical use in the selected company. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the types of wages and the issue of calculation with wage taxation, social and health insurance.
