Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku vlivu manažerské funkce kontroly na dosahovanou kvalitu v potravinářské firmě. Cílem předkládané práce je ukázat uplatnění manažerského přístupu k realizaci této funkce, jakožto prostředku k dosahování kvality a schopnosti prosadit se v náročném konkurenčním prostředí na trhu. This bachelor ´s thesis concentrates on problems of the influence of the manager function control on the reached quality in a food company production.
