Summative evaluation of programs of social living for families with childrens

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o programech sociálního bydlení a jejich dopadech. Práce je zaměřená převážně na rodiny s dětmi. Cílem diplomové práce je popis a následné zhodnocení dopadů sociálního bydlení pro rodiny s dětmi v rámci programů sociálního bydlení. Předkládána diplomová práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-výzkumná práce, kterou lze racionálně rozdělit na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část disponuje čtyřmi kapitolami, ve kterých je vymezen pojem evaluace, následně je popsáno sociální bydlení v České republice, které je doplněno zahraničním porovnáním. Poté přecházím k popisu rodiny v rámci bezdomovectví a celou teoretickou část uzavírají jednotlivé programy sociálního bydlení. Výzkumná část se skládá ze dvou kapitol, které zahrnují metodologii kvalitativního výzkumu, analýzu dat a jejich interpretaci. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat a popsat dopad programů sociálního bydlení ve městě Ostrava.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with social housing programs and their impacts. The labor is mainly focused on families with children. The goal of the thesis is to describe and subsequently evaluate the impact of social housing for families with children in the framework of social housing programs. This study is designed as a theoretical research work, which can be rationally divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part has four chapters in which the term evaluation is defined, subsequently is described social housing in the Czech Republic, which is complemented by international comparison. Then I go on to describe the family within the homelessness and the whole theoretical part is concluded by individual social housing programs. The research part consists of two chapters, which include qualitative research methodology, data analysis and their interpretation. The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the impact of social housing programs in the city of Ostrava.
