Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem pracovního práva - vnitřní předpisy zaměstnavatele. Vnitřní předpisy umožňují zaměstnavateli konkretizovat obecně formulovaná znění obsažená v zákoníku práce na vnitřní poměry ve společnosti. Dissertation work deals with the institution of Labour law - Internal Regulations of the Employer. Internal regulations allow employer to specify general formulas included in labour code into internal proportions in the society.
