Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit vliv únavy na rizikové faktory zranění ACL během doskoku. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku zranění předního zkříženého vazu společně s faktory, které toto zranění způsobují. Výzkum se skládal z pěti platných pokusů doskoku na pravou dolní končetinu před zátěží a pěti platných pokusů doskoku po aplikaci zátěžového protokolu FAST-FP. Našeho výzkumu se zúčastnily …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to determine the effect of fatigue on risk factors of ACL injury during the landing. The theoretical part describes the issue of anterior cruciate ligament injury together with the factors that cause this injury.
