Housing loans in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou úvěrů na bydlení poskytovaných na území České republiky. V teoretické části jsou popsány produkty stavebního spoření a hypoteční úvěry a pojmy související s jednotlivými produkty. U obou typů úvěrů je zmíněna podpora od státu. U hypotečních úvěrů se práce věnuje regulaci ze strany České národní banky a stanoveným úvěrovým ukazatelům, kterými ČNB trh reguluje. Praktická …more

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of housing loans provided in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, building savings products and mortgage loans and concepts related to individual products are described. Support from the state is mentioned for both types of loans.
