Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá přestupky podle zákona o pozemních komunikacích. Věnuje se rozboru přestupků spojených s obecným užíváním pozemních komunikací a rozboru přestupků spojených s reklamními zařízeními. Zmiňuje odchylky a specifika přestupkového řízení ve spojení s přestupky podle zákona o pozemních komunikacích a ukazuje správní tresty, které mohou být za tyto přestupky uloženy.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with offenses under the Roads Act. It deals with the analysis of offenses associated with the general use of roads and offenses associated with advertising equipment. It mentions deviations and specifics of offense proceedings in connection with offenses under the Roads Act and shows the administrative penalties that may be imposed for these offenses.
