Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku fondů především z pohledu právní úpravy. Těžištěm práce je charakteristika jednotlivých fondů v soustavě veřejných rozpočtů. Práce se věnuje fondům na úrovni státu i fondům na úrovni územních samosprávných celků České republiky. This thesis focuses for the issue of funds primarily from the perspective of the legislation. The focus of the work is characteristic of individual funds in the system of public budgets.
