Communication barriers and rules of effective communication between teacher and student

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum a analýzu komunikačních bariér, které se vyskytují v pedagogické komunikaci mezi učitelem a žákem/žáky ve vybrané výuce na středních odborných školách. V teoretické části jsou detailně popsány základní pojmy, struktura a parametry výukové komunikace, specifika komunikace v pedagogickém procesu, jednotlivé druhy komunikačních bariér v rámci výuky a možnosti jejich eliminace. V praktické části jsou popsány, analyzovány a vyhodnoceny konkrétní komunikační bariéry mezi učiteli a žáky formou dotazníkového šetření pro určený cílový vzorek středních odborných škol a jejich žáků. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké druhy bariér se vyskytují v pedagogické komunikaci mezi učitelem a žákem/žáky v konkrétních odborných předmětech na vybraných středních odborných školách, analyzovat a identifikovat nejčastější chyby v komunikaci mezi učitelem a žákem/žáky a popsat vybrané metody výuky, které vedou k odstranění těchto komunikačních bariér.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT This thesis is focused on the research and analysis of communication barriers which occur in pedagogical communication between the teachers and students in selected teaching at high-schools. The theoretical part describes in details the basic concepts, structure and parameters of teaching communication, specifics of communication in pedagogical process, different kinds of communication barriers and the possibility of their elimination. The practical part describes, analyses and evaluates specific communication barriers between the teachers and students via questionnaire survey for specified target sample of high-schools and their students. This thesis is focused on to find out which kinds of barriers occur in pedagogical communication between the teachers and students in specific professional subjects in selected high-schools, analyze and identify the most common mistakes in communication between the teacher and students and describe selected teaching methods to remove these communication barriers. ?
