Sexual and moral crimes in the Czech republic

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přehledné zpracování problematiky sexuálních a mravnostních trestných činů v České republice a návrh na zlepšení činnosti orgánů činných v trestním řízení na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s příslušníky Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování Policie České republiky a dále na základě vlastního pozorování. V rámci teoretické části práce budou rozebrány základní pojmy, jako jsou syndrom týraného, zanedbávaného a zneužívaného dítěte, dětská prostituce, dětská pornografie apod. a dále v této části budou popsány mravnostní trestné činy z pohledu trestního zákoníku. Závěr teoretické části bude patřit problematice zvláště zranitelných obětí trestných činů a speciálním výslechovým místnostem, včetně specifik práce s nimi. Výzkumná část bude provedena metodou kvalitativního výzkumu. V rámci této části dojde k zodpovězení výzkumné otázky, která zní: lze zlepšit vykonávané úkony a taktiku policejního orgánu při prověřování a vyšetřování mravnostní trestné činnosti? Polostrukturované rozhovory budou zaměřeny na problematiku mravnostní trestné činnosti, sexuálních trestných činů páchaných na dětech, dětské pornografie a obchodu s lidmi za účelem sexuálního zneužití a na základě těchto rozhovorů budou navrhnuty možnosti zlepšení aktuálního stavu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clearly address the issue of sexual and moral crimes in the Czech Republic and to propose improvements to law enforcement agencies based on semi-structured interviews with members of the Criminal Police and Investigation Police of the Czech Republic and on their own observation. The theoretical part of the thesis will analyze the basic concepts, such as the syndrome of abused, neglected and abused child, child prostitution, child pornography, etc. Furthemore, this part will describe the moral crimes from the perspective of the Criminal Code. The research part will be performed by the method of qualitative research. In this section, the following research question will be answered: can the actions performed and the tactics of the police authority in the investigation and investigation of moral crime be improved? Semi-structured interviews will focus on moral crimes, sexual offenses commited against children, child pornography and trafficking in human beings for sexual purposes, and on the basis of these interviews, opportunities will be suggested to improve the current situation.
