Diplomová práce obsahuje jednotlivé metody a nástroje strategické analýzy a taky problematiku finančního plánování a tvorby finančního plánu. Teoretické poznatky jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části. Abstract:
The thesis contains various methods and tools of strategic analyzing and also describes the problems of financial planning and processes of the financial plans construction. Theoretical knowledge is then applied in the practical part. In the thesis I used tools such as sector analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis and financial analysis ratios.
