Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu časových obrazových sekvencí pořízených na fluorescenčním optickém mikroskopu. A to konkrétně za účelem automatizovaného vyhodnocování pohybů obarvených buněčných struktur, například proteiny nebo buněčná jádra, se dále zaměřuje na sledování (trekování) objektů na základě polí optického toku.
