Abstract:

Cílem teoretické části je shrnutí poznatků o specifickém prostředí startupu a k němu vztahující se motivace a stimulace pracovníků. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat stávající používané motivační a stimulační prostředky pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu ve formě rozhovorů a následné porovnání mezi startupovou a zavedenou firmou s obdobným předmětem podnikání. Přínosem práce je ucelený pohled na to, jakým způsobem pracují porovnávané firmy s motivací a stimulací a jak by se tato činnost mohla zefektivnit.

Abstract:

The goal of the theoretical part is to summarize the findings regarding to a specific startup environment and related to the workers motivation and stimulation. The goal of the field-work park is to analyze current motivational and stimulative practices via qualitative research in the form of interviews and the subsequent comparison between a startup and an established company of a simile business field. The merit of this paper lies in its comprehensive look at the manner in which the compared companies work with both motivation and stimulation and how could this process be further streamlined.
