Tato diplomová práce se snaží sledovat dynamiku výskytu genů macrolidové rezistence v průběhu biokonverze kravské mrvy larvou Hermetia illucents v rozsahu 32dní. Tento rozsah je oproti publikovaným studiím více jak dvojnásobný. Teoretická část práce informuje o riziku, které přináší multirezitentní kmeny bakterií. This master thesis investigates the dynamics of macrolide resistance genes during the biocon-version of cow dung by Hermetia illucents larva over a 32-day period. This range is more than double that of published studies. The theoretical part of the study informs about the risk asso-ciated with superbugs.
