Abstract:

Příspěvek pojednává o Strategickém řízení lidských zdrojů v moderním světě, o tom, jak se změnil v průběhu historie a jakým směrem se vyvíjí. Budou diskutovány důležité charakteristiky identifikace strategie a využití intelektuálního potenciálu zaměstnanců. Základním hlediskem studia personálního managementu jsou jeho základní principy a funkce, na jejichž základě je řešeno mnoho problémů a role jsou přiřazeny podle jejich účelu. Zajímavou oblastí této oblasti je propojení HR a digitalizace. Jak technologický pokrok ovlivnil a nadále ovlivňuje lidské zdroje, jakož i přínosy moderních technologií. Zkoumáme, jak organizace čelí nadcházejícím změnám, jaké jsou prognózy a vyhlídky v blízké budoucnosti. Vyvinuli jsme teorii, jak dosáhnout vytvoření žádoucího personálu, důvody, proč by měly být připraveny na flexibilní přístup, faktory, které tato rozhodnutí ovlivňují, jakož i model vedení odpovídající moderní dynamice firem. Výzkum ukáže úlohu HR v globálním podnikání. Provedli jsme hloubkovou analýzu o Disney, získali všeobecné znalosti o kompetenci, strategickém marketingovém plánu, pověsti a finanční pozici. Na závěr jsme navrhli plán na zlepšení a maximální rozvoj podle získaných dat.

Abstract:

This paper discusses Strategic Human Resource Management in the modern world, how it changed during the history and what direction it develops in. The important characteristics of strategy identification and the use of the intellectual potential of staff will be discussed. The fundamental aspect for studying personnel management is its basic principles and functions, on the basis which many problems are solved and the roles are assigned according to their purpose. An intriguing area of this field is the link between HR and digitalization. How technological progress influenced and continues to affect human resources as well as the benefits gained by modern technologies. We examine how organizations are facing upcoming changes, what forecast, and prospects are expected in the near future. We develop the theory of how to achieve the creation of the desired staff, the reasons for which should be prepared for a flexible approach, the factors that influence these decisions, as well as the leadership model corresponding to the modern dynamics of companies. Research will show the role of HR in global business. We conducted an in-depth analysis about Disney, got a general knowledge of the competence, strategic marketing plan, reputation and financial position. In conclusion, we proposed a plan for improvement and maximum development according to the collected data. H1: “There should be only professional and formal relations in the company”. H2: “Stability is reliable, leading to resistance to changes”.
