Diplomová práce poskytuje analýzu a komparaci unijní a vnitrostátní úpravy týkající se těhotenství, mateřství a rodičovství v pracovněprávních vztazích. Téma je rozebráno zejména z pohledu Směrnice Rady 92/85/EHS ze dne 19. října 1992, Směrnice Rady 2010/18/EU ze dne 8. března 2010 a zákona č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce. Abstract:
This thesis provides the analysis and comparison of EU and national legislation relating to pregnancy, maternity and parenthood in labour relations. The topic is discussed mainly in terms of the Council Directive 92/85 / EEC of 19 October 1992, the Council Directive 2010/18 / EU of 8 March 2010 and the Act no. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code.
