Possibilities of using firearms in the interior - The effectiveness of ammunition not only on building materials that may be in the interior

Anotácia:

V teoretické části této práce je nejprve vysvětleno několik pojmů, které se budou objevovat v celé diplomové práci. Následně je rozebrána a popsána právní úprava držení a nošení zbraní v České republice, popsán pojem balistiky a jejího rozdělení a balistických stop jako objektů zkoumání kriminalistické balistiky. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá historií a vývojem prostředků osobní ochrany až do současnosti. V praktické části jsou představeny materiály, palné zbraně a střelivo, které bude použito v rámci balistických testů. V části empirické najdeme popis samotných balistických testů, fotografickou dokumentaci jednotlivých testů a jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of this thesis, first several concepts that will appear throughout the thesis are explained. Subsequently, the legal regulation of the possession and carrying weapons in the Czech Republic is analysed and described, and the concept of ballistics and its distribution and ballistic traces as objects of forensic ballistics research are explained. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the history and development of means of personal protection up to the present day. In the practical part, the materials, firearms and ammunition used later in ballistic tests are presented. In the empirical part, we find a description of the ballistic tests themselves, photographic documentation of individual tests and their evaluation.
