Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na založení právnické osoby pro podnikání. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, které souvisejí s obchodními korporacemi. Druhá část práce se věnuje praktickému založení jednotlivé obchodní korporace.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the establishment of a legal entity for business. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge related to business corporations. The second part of the thesis deals with the practical establishment of an individual business corporation.
