Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací měst a obcí se zaměřením na mezinárodní spolupráci formou partnerských měst. V první části analyzuje teoretický rámec a cíle spolupráce, právní ukotvení a možnosti jejího financování. This Bachelor thesis is focused on a cooperation of towns with an emphasis on international cooperation through the town-twinning. The first part analyzes the theoretical framework and objectives of cooperation, the legislation and possibilities of financing.
