Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem substitutů služeb mobilních operátorů. Tyto substituty, resp. komunikační aplikace dlouhodobě nabývají na popularitě a ovlivňují způsob, jakým mezi sebou lidé komunikují. Výstupem práce je zjištění kvality vybraných substitutů a identifikace jejich tržního/uživatelského potenciálu. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of substitutes of the services of mobile operators. These substitutes, respectively communication applications are gaining in popularity in the long term and influence the way how people communicate with each other.
