The effect of quarantine during pandemic to changes in the employment enviroment of companies
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje důsledkům novodobé pandemie koronaviru, především pak karantény a jejího vlivu na zaměstnanecké prostředí. Jaký vývoj a posun nastal a jestli se některé prvky a tendence uchytí i do doby postpandemické. Zabývá se možností home office, zkrácené pracovní doby a zefektivnění procesů.
Abstract:
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the consequences of the modern coronavirus pandemic, especially a quarantine and its impact on the employment environment. What evolution and progress has occured and if some elements and tendencies will be taken to the post-pandemic period. It applies with possibility of home office, reduced working hours and more efficient processes.
