Determining the Transfer Price of the Product Based on the Selected Method of Manufacturing Company

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této práce je stanovení převodních cen u vybraného výrobku ve vybrané společnosti. Tato práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá literární rešerší. Rešerše obsahuje základní pojednání o převodních cenách, metody pro stanovení převodních cen a pojednání o srovnávací analýze. Praktická část se zaměřuje na určení a výpočet převodní ceny ve vybrané transakci. Pro výpočet převodní ceny je vybrána metoda profit split a ta je aplikována s využitím zbytkové analýzy a analýzy zásluh.

Abstract:

The main theme of this thesis is determining the transfer price of a product based on the selected method of a manufacturing company. This thesis has two parts. The theoretical part deals with the literary research. This literary research includes a basic treatise on transfer pricing, methods for determining transfer prices and a treatise on comparative analysis. The practical part focuses on determination and calculation of transfer prices in the selected transaction. For determining the transfer price the profit split method is selected and this is applied by using residual analysis and contribution analysis.
