Teoretická část práce se zabývá posouzením vlivu moderních materiálů a technologií pro výstavbu rodinných domů na tržní hodnotu. Míra vlivu je stanovena na základě analýzy nákladové metody ocenění a porovnání standardů, které určuje platná oceňovací vyhláška, s materiály a technologiemi, které jsou pro výstavbu nabízeny na dnešním „moderním“ stavebním trhu.
