Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou konkurenčného prostredia malých hotelov vo zvolenom regióne. Cieľom práce je analyzovať konkurenčné prostredie malého, trojhviezdičkového Hotela Margit za účelom vytvorenia návrhu vedúceho ku konkurenčnej výhode a návrhu k zlepšeniu momentálnej situácie na trhu skúmaného regiónu.
