Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou významnosti nehmotných aktiv. V teoretické části jsou definována nehmotná aktiva dle české právní úpravy, mezinárodních účetních standardů i amerických standardů a jejich oceňování. The bachelor thesis deals with issues of significant intangible assets. In the theoretical part are define intangible assets according to Czech legislation, international standards and American standards and their valutation.
