Natural and Positive Law, Definitions and the Relation between them in our Legal System

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem dvou hlavních teoretických konceptů – přirozeného a pozitivního práva. V práci jsou za pomoci metody komparativní a historicko-sociologické analyzovány styčné body obou teorií a zároveň i jejich rozdíly. Teorie je aplikována na případ České republiky. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on two main theoretical approaches – the natural law and the positive law. In the thesis there are analyzed the differences and similitudes of both concepts. The theory is applied in the example of the Czech Republic. Also other concepts as moral, ethics, human laws are analyzed in this bachelor thesis.
