Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá činností pracovníků soukromých bezpečnostních služeb při vyšetřování krádeží. Popisuje pohled na historii trestné majetkové činnosti, jednotlivé druhy krádeží a způsoby jejich páchání. Dále se dotýká fungování SBS, jejich práv, povinností a metod činností. Praktická část je zaměřena na postupy zadržení pachatelů trestné činnosti pracovníky ostrahy, prevencí krádeží zaměřenou na jednotlivé možnosti a způsoby ochrany majetku jak fyzickými, tak i technickými prostředky a možnosti zapojení veřejnosti do vyšetřování ve spojení se součinností se státními orgány. Součástí je i praktická ukázka aplikace zabezpečení jedné z prodejen obchodního řetězce hobby marketů OBI. Práce také obsahuje i statistiky krádeží v roce 2009 a 2010 u nás i ve světě.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on activities of private security service workers while robbery investigation. It describes the view on the history of offence against property, kinds of thefts and the ways of its commission. Next it deals with function of private security service, its rights, dues and methods of working. Practical part focuses on techniques of thief retention by security guard workers, theft prevention based on particular possibilities and ways of property protection by physical as well as technical instruments and possibilities of public participation into the investigation in conjuction with state agency cooperation. A part of the thesis is also a practical example of security use of one of the stores of hobby market OBI. The thesis also contains the statistics of shoplifting in 2009 and 2010.
