Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou Managementu změny v konkrétní organizaci. V úvodní části definuje základní pojmy a procesy, které se týkají problematiky změn. Popisuje důležitost zavádění procesních postupů změn v organizacích. V praktické části práce poukazuje na potřebu zavádění procesů změn v konkrétní výrobním podniku. Místním šetřením jsou prověřeny zavedené procesy řízení dokumentace a změn v podniku. Popisuje definované procesy, jejich aktualizace a uložení v centrálním úložišti podniku. Zjištěním skutečností je definována potřeba zavedení směrnic pro řízení procesu změny v dané společnosti. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy zhodnotit současný stav procesu managementu změny ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout optimalizaci procesu řízení změny. Navrhované změny budou doplněny o ekonomickou náročnost doporučených změn.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of change management in a specific organization. The introductory part defines the basic concepts and processes which are related to the issue of changes and describes the importance of implementing the process procedures of these changes in the particular organizations. In the practical part of the thesis, the need for implementation of this change process is pointed out. According to the local survey, the established processes of documentation management in the company are examined. It describes the defined processes of their updating and archiving in the central depository of the company. The examination of the facts exposes the need to introduce guidelines for managing the process of change in a given company. The aim of the thesis is based on the analysis in order to evaluate the current state of the change management process in the selected organization, to suggest the optimization of this change management process. The suggested changes will be implemented according to the economic complexity of the recommended changes.
