Unemployment and its Regional Aspects

Anotace:

Pedmtem diplomové práce Nezamstnanost a její regionální aspekty je analýza fungování regionálních trh práce v Japonsku, USA a v Evrop a existence rigidit na tchto trzích. První ást je zamena na teoretická východiska, ze kterých další práce vychází. V druhé až tvrté ásti je popsán historický vývoj a specifika regionálních trh práce. V poadí: japonské, americké a evropské centrum. Jako reprezentanti evropského centra byly vybrány Švédsko, Velká Británie a Nmecko. V poslední ásti je provedeno srovnání a identifikace rigidit na jednotlivých trzích práce.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: Unemployment and its regional aspects is to analyze functioning of the regional labor markets in Japan, the USA and Europe and to analyze existence of labor market rigidities of these markets. The first part is concentrated on describing of the theoretical backgrounds, which are followed further. From the second up to the fourth part, there are described historical developments and regional labor markets specifics. In order Japanese, US and European centre. Sweden, Great Britain and Germany were chosen as the representatives of the European centre. The last part makes a comparison and identifies rigidities on the particular labor markets.
