My thesis is about the most often problems in a legal translation. First I focus on the different law systems of the Czech Republic, Belgium en the Netherlands. I dedicate to the forms of a company, courts and tribunals. I describe then the differences among the three law systems, the differences in the Belgiun and Dutch terms included.
