Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je získávání a výběr zaměstnanců. Cílem je navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení a zefektivnění zkoumaného procesu v organizaci. První část je věnovaná detailnímu představení zejména procesů získávání zaměstnanců (včetně základních zásad, metod a postupů) a výběru zaměstnanců (se zaměřením na jeho postupy a metody výběru). Druhá část je zaměřena na popis podniku, dále provedení analýzy procesu ve společnosti TMF Czech, a.s. Výstupem práce je hodnocení dané problematiky s návrhy a doporučením, které povedou ke zdokonalení celého procesu a tím i ke zkvalitnění výkonu společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the recruitment and selection of employees. The aim is to propose, measures that would lead to an improved and more efficiente search process in the organization. The first part is devoted to a detailed introduction of the proces of recruitment (including basic principles, methods and procedures) and selecting employees (focusing on the procedure and methods of selection). The second part is focused on a description of the company and analyses of the recruitment process in the company TMF Czech, a.s. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the current process. An also, suggest proposals and recommendations that will lead, to enhancing the whole recruitment process and thus to an improvement in the company's performance.
