Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá jak bytovou politikou v České republice tak příklady dobré praxe v zemích Evropské unie, jako je Rakousko, Nizozemí a Švýcarsko. Dále se věnuje bytové a sociální politice městské části Praha 2, jejich pravidlům, demografickou prognózou odhadující počet sociálních bytů pro tuto skupinu pro dosažení efektivního fungování sektoru sociálního bydlení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the Housing Policy in the Czech Republic as well as with the examples of good Practice in the EU countries, such as Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland. It also discusses the Housing and Social Policy of the Borough of Prague 2, their rules and the demographic prognosis estimating the number of Social Housing for this group to ensure effective functioning of the Social Housing …more
