Domestic violence and expulsion
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí. Popisuje jednotlivé znaky, formy, fáze a příčiny daného násilí. Je zde řešena právní úprava a zákony, které pomohly Policii ČR při vykazování osob. Postup Policie ČR při vykázání je sepsán v samostatné kapitole.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence. It describes individual characteristics, forms, phases, and causes of such violence. The legal regulations and laws that have assisted the Czech Police in the expulsion of individuals are also addressed. The process of expulsion by the Czech Police is outlined in a separate chapter.
