Předmětem bakalářské práce „Fond soudržnosti“ je zhodnocení právní úpravy finančních toků probíhajících v rámci tohoto Fondu. Práce je rozčleněna na část obecnou a zvláštní. Obecná část zobrazuje širší kontext vymezené problematiky, neboť pojednává o regionální politice a o programových obdobích EU, rovněž nabízí detailní charakteristiku Fondu soudržnosti. Bachelor thesis “Cohesion Fund" targets at the evaluation of the legislation of financial flows taking place in this Fund. The work is divided into a general part and a special.
