Mobile Devices in Corporations

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním současných trendů využívání mobilních zařízení v podnicích. V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé trendy s ohledem na rozvoj a fungování podnikových informačních systémů. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na trend Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Práce se zabývá obecně možnostmi využití mobilních zařízení v rámci podnikových procesů se zaměřením na současné trendy. Dále se práce zaměřuje na zabezpečení. Konkrétně se zabývá tím, jak bezpečně využívat mobilní zařízení v podnicích. V rámci praktické části je proveden dotazníkový průzkum mapující reálné využití mobilních zařízení v českých společnostech. Průzkum je zaměřen na trendy definované v teoretické části. Větší část průzkumu je věnována trendu BYOD. Následuje vyhodnocení dotazníků a vyvození závěrů, odrážející skutečný stav.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of current trends in the use of mobile devices in enterprises. In the theoretical part, individual trends are defined with regard to the development and functioning of enterprise information systems. The work focuses mainly on the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) trend. The thesis deals generally with the possibilities of using mobile devices in business processes focusing on current trends. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on security. Specifically, it deals with how to safely use mobile devices in enterprises. Within the practical part, a questionnaire survey is carried out mapping the real use of mobile devices in Czech companies. The survey focuses on the trends defined in the theoretical part. Most of the survey is dedicated to the BYOD trend. Following is the evaluation of the questionnaires and conclusions, reflecting the actual situation.
