Abstract:
V genomu bioloužicí bakterie A. ferrooxidans CCM 4253 se nachází dva geny kódující proteiny rodiny CusF zapojené do rezistence vůči mědi. Nedávný výzkum těchto dvou proteinů naznačil, že heterologní exprese CusF2 (DN052_10240) v Escherichia coli zvyšuje její odolnost vůči mědi, na rozdíl od CusF1 (DN052_03055). Abstract:
Two genes encoding CusF-family proteins involved in copper resistance are present in the genome of the bioleaching bacterium A. ferrooxidans CCM 4253. Recent research on these two proteins suggested that heterologous expression of CusF2 (DN052_10240) in Escherichia coli enhances its resistance to copper, in contrast to CusF1 (DN052_03055).
