Psychosocial intervention in the first line of management in healthcare in the Ústí Region
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se soustředí na problematiku psychické pohody a psychického zdraví u manažerů první linie ve zdravotnictví. Dotýká se syndromu vyhoření u zdravotnického personálu, především zdravotních všeobecných sester na manažerských pozicích. Hlavním tématem jsou zde především psychosociální intervence, a to ve zdravotnictví v Ústeckém kraji.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of mental well-being and mental health of front-line managers in the healthcare sector. It deals with the burnout syndrome among medical staff, more specifically general health nurses in managerial positions. The main topic is primarily psychosocial interventions, explicitely in the healthcare sector in the Ústí Region.
