Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza role a významu etikety v každodenním životě zaměstnanců a při obchodních jednáních. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy týkající se etikety. The topic of this thesis is to analyze the role and importance of etiquette in everyday life and in business dealings. The thesis is divided into two parts.
