Manipulative Techniques in Educational Communication

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o manipulativních technikách v pedagogické komunikaci. Charakterizuje podstatu sociální komunikace a uvádí specifika komunikace pedagogické. Seznamuje jak s pojmy manipulace, manipulátor, manipulovaná osoba či formami manipulace, ale taktéž s motivací jako nedílnou součástí výchovně vzdělávacího procesu. V závěru teoretické částí pak uvádí příčinnou souvislost mezi manipulací a motivací při výchově a vzdělávání žáků ve škole. Výzkumná část diplomové práce se věnuje výzkumu manipulativního chování učitele v rámci výchovně vzdělávacího procesu, přesněji během vyučování. Jejím obsahem je analýza verbální a neverbální komunikace zachycené během vyučování prostřednictvím audiovizuální techniky. V konečném důsledku práce seznamuje s výsledky výzkumu a závěry, k nimž jsme prostřednictvím rozboru audiovizuálních záznamů a následným cíleným zúčastněným pozorováním a vedením etnografického interview dospěli.

Abstract:

This thesis is about manipulative techniques in pedagogical communication. It characterize the essence of social communication and shows specifics of pedagogical communication. The thesis is introducing terms of manipulation, manipulator, manipulated person and forms of manipulation, but also with motivation as inevitable part of educational process. At the end of theoretical part we can see causality between manipulation and motivation during education of pupils at school. Research section of this thesis deals with research of manipulative behaviour of a teacher in educational process especially during lessons themselves. It consist of analysing verbal and non ? verbal communication during lesson recorded by audio ? visual technique. Ultimately the goal of thesis is to show the results of analysis and it´s conclusions we found out thanks to analysis of recordings, targeted observation and ethnografhic interview.
