Práce se věnuje profesním a rodičovským plánům mladých žen, především absolventek vysokých škol. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. První se věnuje ženám a trhu práce, druhá výběru partnera a vstupu do manželství, ve třetí kapitole se zaměřuji na rodinu a rodičovství, ve čtvrté se zabývám pracovními příležitostmi matek s malými dětmi a v závěru teoretické části zmiňuji současná …more

The diploma pursues the issues of the occupational and parental plans of the young women, especially university graduates. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters.
