Burnout among employees home for people with disabilities and Stod possibility of its prevention

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je syndrom vyhoření u zaměstnanců DOZP Stod a možnosti jeho prevence. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na vymezení pojmu syndromu vyhoření, fáze vývoje syndromu, příčiny, projevy a okruhu zaměstnanců, kteří jsou nejvíce ohroženi syndromem. Velká pozornost je věnována prevenci syndromu. Je zde zmíněna i kapitola zabývající se vymezením mentálního postižení. Praktická část je rozdělena do třech částí. V úvodu praktické části je představeno pobytové zařízení Domov pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Stod, kde byl prováděn výzkum. Druhá část se věnuje použitým výzkumným metodám. Pro sběr informací byly použity tyto výzkumné metody: polostrukturovaný rozhovor, dotazník a studium dokumentů. Závěrečná část praktické části se věnuje vyhodnocení získaných poznatků.

Abstract:

The subject of my diploma work is the burnout syndrome by DOZP Stod employees and possibilities of its prevention. This work is divided into theoretical and practical section. The theoretical part focuses on determination of the burnout syndrome, the stages of syndrome development, causes, symptoms and group of employees, who are in danger of this syndrome the most. The big attention is dedicated to the prevention of this syndrome. There is also mentioned the chapter concerning with determination of mental handicap. The practical part is divided into three parts. In the introduction of practical section there is introduced residential facility ? Home for people with health handicap Stod, where was the survey conducted. The second part attends to used research methods. These research methods were used for the collection of information: semi-structured interview, questionnaire and study of documents. The closing section of practical part attends to evaluation of gained knowledge.
