Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací jednotlivých druhů mikroorganismů genitálního ústrojí žen, které podstupují intrauterinní inseminaci. Vzorky byly vyhodnocovány na základě růstu na kultivačních půdách, antigenních a biochemických vlastností a morfologie bakteriálních buněk po obarvení preparátu dle Grama. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the identification of individual species of microorganisms of the genital tract of women undergoing intrauterine insemination. The samples were evaluated on the basis of growth on culture media, antigenic and biochemical properties and morphology of bacterial cells after Gram staining of the slides.
