The bachelor thesis deals with an alternative type of diet. The first goal of the work is to find out and gain knowledge and understanding about raw food through personal advisors, raw diners, owners or eployees of raw facilities through personal interviews. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá alternatívnym druhom stravovania. Prvým cieľom práce je pomocou osobných rozhovorov zistiť a získať vedomosti a poznatky o raw food, či surovej strave prostredníctvom výživových poradcov, raw stravníkov, majiteľov, či zamestnancov raw zariadení.
