Project proposal of fire station in Brno-Chrlice

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na vypracování projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro novostavbu hasičské stanice kategorie P3 - AZ. Nosná konstrukce objektu je navržena kombinací dvoupodlažního novodobého skeletového systému (obsahující monolitické sloupy, spřažené nosníky a CLT panely) a trojpodlažní rámové dřevostavby. Schodišťové prostory a šachetní prostory pro vedení vzduchotechniky a zdravotně technického zařízení jsou řešeny jako železo-betonové jádro. Vnitřní rozdělení prostoru v garážových prostorech, včetně konstrukcí pro skluzné tyče jsou řešeny nosnou konstrukcí z pórobetonu. Konstrukční skladby vybraných konstrukcí byly řešeny na základě zvýšeného požadavku na požární bezpečnost a materiálové charakteristiky vybraných materiálů. Vnitřní dispozice objektu je řešena pro bezobslužnou stanici bez informačního střediska IZS. První podlaží je určeno převážně jako garážový prostor s technickým zázemím stanice. Druhé podlaží je určeno částečně jako technické podlaží s učebnou a dále jako zázemí pro velitelské osoby. Poslední nadzemní podlaží slouží jako obytné a užitné podlaží pro třísměnný provoz stanice čítající 11 pracovníku na jednu 24hodinovou směnu. Projektová dokumentace je navržena v souladu s aktuálním zněním technických norem, zákonů, vyhlášek, a předpisů, které jsou platné na území České republiky. V teoreticko-metodologické částí je provedena rešerše dostupné literatury a odborných zdrojů, jež se zabývají tématikou přímo související s návrhem vybrané stavby a jejich konstrukční částí. Z iniciativy studenta je uvažováno také nad možným dořešením stavebního projektu (např. vyřešením požární bezpečnosti stavby) v navazujícím magisterském studiu na Mendelově univerzitě.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the preparation of project documentation for the building permit for the new fire station of category P3 - AZ. The load-bearing structure of the building is proposed by a combination of a two-storey modern skeleton system (containing monolithic columns, floor system beams and CLT panels) and a three-storey timber frame constructions. The stairway areas and shaft spaces for HVAC and sanitary instalation cables are designed as a reinforced concrete core. The interior space distribution in the garage spaces, including the constructions for the fireman's poles, are solved with a load-bearing construction made of aerated concrete blocks. The structural compositions were designed based on the increased fire safety requirements and material characteristics of the selected materials. The inner disposition of the building is designed for an unmanned station without an information centre. The first floor is intended mainly as a garage space with technical background of the station. The second floor is intended partly as a technical floor with a classroom and further as a background for a command staff. The last floor serves as a living and service floor for the threeshift working schedule of the station serving 11 workers per 24-hour shift. The project documentation is carried out in accordance with current versions of technical standards, laws, decrees and regulations currently valid in the Czech Republic.In the theoretical-methodologic part, it is possible to find a research of available literature and professional reference sources dealing with topics directly related to the design and its structural parts. On the student's initiative, the possible completion of the building project (e.g. solution of fire safety of the building etc.) in the following up master's programme at Mendel University is also considered by the student.
