Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na studium kondenzace syntetizovaného 2-fenyl-1\kur{H}-imidazol-4(5)-karbaldehydu s hydraziny. Bylo vyvinuto a otestováno několik postupů, s jejichž pomocí byly syntetizovány čtyři hydrazony. Identifikovány byly pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie, NMR spektroskopie a infračervené spektroskopie. This thesis is concerned on study of condensation of synthesized 2-phenyl-1\kur{H}-imidazole-4(5)-carbaldehyde with hydrazines. Several protocols were developed and tested. Finally, four products were synthesized. Identification was realized by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy. Complexation properties were experimentally studied too.
