Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na určení kondiční úroveň fotbalistů. Jedná se o hráče SK Sigma Olomouc v kategorii U16. Testování kategorie U16 proběhlo v prosinci 2020. Byly použity kondiční test FAČR. Jednalo se konkrétně o test lineární rychlosti a skok daleký snožmo z místa. Teoretická část rozebírá jednotlivé složky tréninku a pohybových schopností. Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the determination of the fitness level of football players. There are football players of SK Sigma Olomouc football club from U16 category. The testing of the U16 category was hold in December 2020. The testing consisted of fitness tests by Football Association of the Czech Republic, specifically the testing of linear speed and the testing of standing long jump. The …more
